How do I schedule an appointment with the Suburban Pain Care Center?
You can get started online by requesting an appointment or contact us directly at 1-630-810-0451 from 8:30am to 4:00pm.
Where will my treatment occur?
All patients are treated in private offices at the Suburban Pain Care Center. Any and all pain management procedures as well as most diagnostic testing will take place in our office. Some patients may be referred to an outside facility for certain types of testing.
Do I need a referral to see a pain management doctor?
Most insurance carriers do not require a referral to see a pain management physician. When a member of our staff calls and checks your insurance benefits, we will also inquire about referral requirements. If a referral is necessary, we will assist you in obtaining this referral.
Should I bring x-rays, MRIs, or other films and reports?
Yes. Please bring pertinent medical records from physicians that have diagnosed and treated your painful condition including the most recent films and reports.
Will I receive pain medication on my visit?
Your evaluating physician will conduct an evaluation and make appropriate treatment recommendations based on your individual case, which may include prescription medications.
Your medication plan may include a different medication regimen than the one you are currently taking.

We can be reached at 1-630-810-0451 Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm. All patient appointments will take place in our office on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s.
